At Enhance, we value your child’s safety and wellbeing, providing flexible home-based education and care in your own home. We operate throughout Queensland, in metropolitan, regional, rural and remote areas.

In home care is eligible for childcare subsidies and with no registration fees or hidden costs, it’s affordable!

Your family might be eligible for in home care due to:

non-standard or variable work hours
geographic isolation from other types of care
complex or challenging needs

How do I apply for In Home Care?

Contact the In Home Care Support Agency Queensland to apply for in home care. The team will assess your eligibility and create a Family Management Plan. If you have any questions about this process, please contact us and we can help you.

What is the eligibility criteria?

In home care is for families who cannot access other types of approved care.

This could be due to:

2. geographic isolation from other types of care
3. complex or challenging needs

Can an Educator provide care to children of different ages from the one family?

Yes. Depending on your Family Management Plan, your Educator can provide care to multiple children of different ages, within the same family.

What qualifications does an IHC Educator hold?

IHC Educators are required to be 18 years of age, hold a current First Aid Certificate and a Working with Children Check (or willing to apply).

How do I become an IHC Educator?
